Lugubrious treason, trench coats out of town

An ode to their plight is this dirge

Some yearn for lugubrious silence

Serenity in the image of coffins

This lovelorn kiss of death

In lugubrious silence

Dawn breaks open like a wound

But life's got me nervous and little pugnacious
